All Blue Butterflies jewellery orders are shipped through Nimbus, our third-party logistics partner. When you place an order, the following information is shared with Nimbus solely to fulfil and deliver your shipment:

  • Order details required for packaging and dispatch

Nimbus is responsible for the safe handling and delivery of your parcel. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Blue Butterflies is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner, however we will always assist you in resolving any delivery concerns.
